These terms apply to the ten MAASAI Labs plugins and their hosted MCP servers (the "Services"): SAFE & Cap Table Calculator, Space Launch & Starlink Tracker, Orbital Watch, Breach Radar, Chip Intel, WhatsApp Community Manager, Call Anyone in Any Language, Prediction Market Odds, X Marketplace Seller and Domain Hunter. The Services are provided by Maasai Technologies Limited (RC 6868686, Nigeria), whose registered office is at 10 Abdulkareem Adisa Close, Guzape, Abuja Municipal Area Council, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria, under the name MAASAI Labs ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://maasai.tech/privacy.
The Services are free. We do not charge any fee to access or use them. Some plugins can connect to third-party services using your own account (Green API, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Bland AI, Twilio, X). Those providers may charge you under their own terms; those charges are between you and them.
The plugin manifests and server code are licensed under the MIT licence (https://github.com/MAASAI-Labs). These terms cover the hosted Services we run; the MIT licence covers the code.
You agree to: - use the Services lawfully and only with accounts, keys and data you are entitled to use; - comply with the terms of any third-party service you connect, including WhatsApp, Green API, Bland AI, Twilio and X; - for Call Anyone: only call people you have a lawful reason to call, comply with telemarketing, consent and call-recording laws where you and the callee are located, and never use it for harassment, fraud or emergency services; - for WhatsApp Community Manager and X Marketplace Seller: only post or message where you are allowed to, and not send spam; - for Breach Radar and Domain Hunter: only look up domains, email addresses and passwords you are authorised to check; - not attempt to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
Tools that post, send messages, place calls or prepare purchase links return a preview first and act only when you (or your assistant on your instruction) explicitly confirm. You are responsible for what you confirm.
Outputs are generated from public sources and your inputs, and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. - SAFE & Cap Table Calculator is a modelling aid, not legal, tax or investment advice. Check results with your lawyer or accountant before relying on them. - Prediction Market Odds shows market prices, which are probabilities, not predictions or financial advice. - Breach Radar and Chip Intel (including export-control screening) are informational and are not a security audit or legal compliance determination. - Orbital Watch and Space Launch Tracker are informational and not for safety-critical use. - Domain Hunter availability and prices can change before checkout.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, limit or stop any Service at any time. Third-party sources may rate-limit or change their data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of USD 100 and the total amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes go to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
